Pancakes Can Be Hard

I'm five years old now and pretty responsible so Mommy thinks it's time that I learn how to use a knife and fork. I began last week by cutting up my bananas and I'm pretty good at that now. This morning Mommy said I should try cutting pancakes. Pancakes are soft but they're hard!
